Programmable Pressure Adjustment – No Manual Setup
Inlet and outlet wheel pressure is programmed directly through the 7-inch color touchscreen – no manual wrench adjustments needed. The outlet wheels automatically lift during stripping to provide clearance for long strip lengths, extending front stripping capacity to 250mm (standard). For applications requiring even longer strips, an optional scoring fixture is available.

With 200 program memory, operators can store parameters for different wire types and sizes, enabling instant changeover between production runs. The 7-inch color touchscreen PLC interface displays all parameters clearly, requiring minimal training for operation.
