Two Machines in One: Double-End Crimping / Single-End Crimp + Tinning
The JH-02A supports flexible configuration switching. When double-end crimping is required, the machine runs in standard mode. When one end needs crimping and the other end requires tinning – as commonly needed for PCB connection wires and terminal block leads – operators can quickly switch to tinning mode via the touchscreen interface.
This functionality allows a single automatic terminal crimping machine to cover two different process requirements, saving equipment investment costs and factory floor space for customers.
Wide Wire Range Compatibility
The JH-02A processes AWG#32 to AWG#18 electronic wires, covering a broad range from ultra-fine to medium-gauge wires. It serves diverse industries including home appliance, automotive, consumer electronics, and medical device manufacturing.
